We are thrilled to once again partner with Scottsdale Leadership and their Class 40—as part of the “Project Lead It Forward” (PLIF). This year, we are enhancing the campus of Horses Help. Horses Help is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides therapeutic, recreational horsemanship for children and adults facing physical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges, as well as at-risk youth, military families, and veterans. Each session is designed to build confidence, balance, strength, emotional regulation, and a sense of community for participants.
The goal is to enhance Horses Help’s campus by creating a welcoming garden space for reflection and connection for riders, families, and visitors. This space will offer a calming environment that supports Horses Help’s important therapeutic work.
If you are considering donating to support this project, Horses Help is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) in Arizona. This means that donations may qualify as an Arizona state tax credit, allowing you a dollar-for-dollar credit back on your Arizona state tax return up to $987 for joint and $495 for individual filers. If you’re interested in contributing, you can donate HERE
We are looking for volunteers to help with landscaping, paver installation, planting flowers and more! Visit our Events page for more details.
